According to Lex Pott, working on this family of planters has been a fascinating process of diving into the ancient craft of wheel throwing. His ambition was to combine tradition and heritage with contemporary shapes and to frame them within a modern context. These forms are based on Chinese archetypes and have subtle proportions that make them both monumental and elegant. The result is a collection of colorful containers for plants, trees or big flower arrangements.
